I wear one on each foot for taekwondo class and sparring training. I run laps in them, kick in them, and do endless squats and lunges on the mats and ladder drills. These hold up to running on stairs as well. If i'm sparring, i wear them under shin/instep pads.
They breathe well and still grip when they're soaked; i forget they're there.
They also hold up to machine washing and air drying; suprisingly with how much i sweat they don't smell terribly if i forget about them in a duffle bag

Just as I hoped that they would be. Gives my ankles support in a sleeve. The ankle supports fit well on both ankles, and does not restrict motion. Get right and left ankle supports in the package, which is outstanding value.
